DRIVIQ is an integrated system for managing mobile assets, enabling the digitalization and optimization of all fleet aspects (including personal motor vehicles, work machinery, and equipment). By integrating advanced technologies and data processing, DRIVIQ provides detailed insights into the condition of mobile assets and equipment, allowing comprehensive status monitoring, maintenance planning, cost management, and operational efficiency improvement.
DRIVIQ is a web-based solution. Simply put, this type of application allows users to access it via a web browser—on a computer or mobile device. A mobile application is planned for the second phase of the project. All client-encrypted data is stored on secure servers with continuous monitoring and backups. In short, you only need to enjoy using the application, while DRIVIQ takes care of everything else.
By filling out a simple form, an authorized person registers the business entity. Upon successful registration, the DRIVIQ support team activates a free trial period during which the user can explore all system features. After the trial period expires, a usage agreement must be signed based on the number of assets and other usage conditions, which you will negotiate with DRIVIQ sales representatives.
No. The number of assets is the basis for calculating the monthly/annual fee that the business entity pays for the DRIVIQ system. According to your needs, DRIVIQ sales representatives will tailor an optimal service package at a cost that won’t burden your budget while ensuring all the benefits of the DRIVIQ application.
No. One business entity can have an unlimited number of users managing the assets. It is important to note that the business entity must manage who has access, whether they are employees or external/occasional collaborators. Currently, in the DRIVIQ system, we distinguish between administrative level (fleet manager) and employee (fleet user). Upon authorization, the fleet manager can make changes to the employees of whole business entity.
Yes. However, given the planned timeline for implementing functionalities, we cannot promise when a new request will be implemented. We strive to accommodate all users.
Customer support is available to all registered clients primarily via email. In exceptional cases of widespread issues, we will promptly inform users through our website about the current status and the estimated time to resolve the issue. Additionally, we are working on providing additional support via automated chatbot, which will be announced in near future.
